You're being a bit harsh on yourself. Phil can handle himself and tells people what he thinks. I dont think you have caused him any lasting damage.
Why do you single him out? Perhaps it's because he's the only person stupid enough to make a post complaining that KFC keep putting cheese on his chicken and that he seemingly keeps ordering a cheeseburger from McDonalds despite not liking cheese.
