Couldn't beat a very poor side today, totally dominated first half and could and should've have buried em (positive). Our manager, for some inexplicably reason watches his team create their own problems and seemingly does nothing (negative) The panic mode that sets into our team when the first thing goes wrong is unbelievable and in total contrast to what happened last season when Flicker took over(negative) How the midfield and defence opened up for their goal was embarrassing and schoolboy-esque. The worrying thing is that this has happened so many times this season and we don't appear to be addressing it.

I'm going to finish postively in that we didn't lose and scored a cracking goal.
    You Reds

Me too. For the first time under Flicker I am starting to fear the worst. That second half was unacceptable.

I'm not advocating Flicker's dismissal (not yet anyway) but their has to be a drastic and speedy change to the way we defend as a team. The panic mode that sets in when we're put under the cosh is unbelievable.

We can't have a 10 minute period in every game where we could concede 3 or 4 goals in Flickers talk its unsustainable.
