I'm travelling to Nepal

for a treking holiday in the Everest region in 10 days time would anyone care to wish me luck ?

Has anyone been to Kathmandu and is it safe ?

as for nepal,never been but i have heard it's got a 'bangin' nightlife,with the local heaven @ hell being very popular with the young nepalese.</p>

not cold at this time of year but we will be climbing to 18,000 ft and it will be cold at night.
