I just don't gerrit. I've stopped smoking fags and, as a subsequence of that, I'm not drinking coffee anymore. Both are stimulants renouned for keeping you awake so why the chuff am I having sleep problems? Grrr...... two chuffing hours of sleep then brain is in party mode. Proper doing my head in now

RE: How long ago did you pack the coffee in Cazi? Tea is nowhere near as bad. True that a pound of tea has more caffeine than a pound of coffee but your average cuppa uses much less tea than coffee, hence mug of tea has much lower caffeine levels than mug of coffee..

I stopped smoking (again) a couple of years ago and I didn't actually sleep for about a week. I was ready to kill someone. Fortunately had I killed someone, I would have had reasonable grounds for an excuse and probably be entitled to a government grant or something and a house and that. I started smoking again, so society has gained really. As a result, you all owe me something for my services to the community now.

I'm just finding it extremely odd that I used to have my last cuppa coffee about 30 mins before bed and my last *** around 10 mins before bed and I slept like a chuffing log. I pack in the stimulants and can't chuffing sleep now. My mother allus said I was bloody awkward
