    Pheww thanks for that.....I have been really trying...

    :D:D no seriously... when my little grandson Alfie was born. now 7 weeks ago, things in my life changed dramatically. Not saying there aint still the odd rant left in the tank and maybe a bit of controversy too, but..well my take on lotsa things has changed a helluva lot.
