    Ticket sales were all at the hut near the away end. You sold a ticket for the West stand, & crossed it off in felt pen on the stadium plan. Job done.
    Mind you when I worked ther the average crowd was about 5,000!

    i used to love that... simple as you like! and the club shop was a hole in the wall about 10 foot away ...
