    Actually I think it's a fair appraisal by them, they admit their failings with Windass and also admit they would never have got Woodrow as they see him as too good for them.
    For them now, bumping along the bottom is about as good as it gets, and they know it.

    They can't even afford to pay to sack Monk and his backroom staff. They've got Westwood training with kids on 35K a week, they can't afford to pay him appearance and the bonuses attached.

    It’s an insight to the Wednesday mindset.
    No matter how bad things are - they believe they are still better off than Barnsley.
    And that’s why we have so many Wendy fans in the Barnsley District - all of them keen to wear caps and shirts and now masks to prove they don’t support their local club.
    I’ve seen more Wendy at Cortonwood just lately than all other fans put together.
    I think they are trying to convince us each other that ....... they might be down but not out.
