    first off, great win!
Think we saw the best and worst of Poya there though!
Initial set up great, good flowing football, as soon as it gets a bit tight, nervous Nellie kicks in and we drop deeper and deeper, with some weird substitutions.
The first half was great but when we defend we back off far too much and leave too much space to the opposition.
Thought Cole was a bit of a disappointment if he was brought on to keep a bit of something up front, as the Boro commentator said, he's hardly running his nuts off.
But hey overall a great result and very decent performance !

I thought Cole did well for his 15 mins. Didn't see any sign of lack of effort at all.

I thought he was very middling tbh, I thought he could have run more Boroughbridge players down and hit that cross straight to the keeper and put us back under pressure.

Poor cross admittedly, when there was no-one in the box..

Thought Cole was disappointing and hardly had a touch, he didn’t bring anything to the game, very frustrating.

Harsh to assign any blame to Poya for the team dropping deeper and deeper. It’s a natural reaction which we’ve witnessed a million times before.

Spot on mate. The gravity of the situation hits you and you're 5hit Ting bricks waiting for a comeback.

Well done Poya. If the players do what you say and stick to it we win.

Tbf watching it back I think it will look a lot more impressive without the stress factor.
I did think the referee was dubious with a lot of the decisions he gave against us, the penalty for one, which changed the momentum of the game.

Marshy scored mid week game ,so Cole needs to be looking over his shoulder.
Great win well done everyone involved.

Well done reds though...i was screaming for us to double up on the impressive jones...but we got there.
Oh and ref....watch that game back...everytime they went down ...free kick but nothing for same challange on us.

Is Victor injured' i think he'd have been a better choice than cole' who always seems ineffective and offers very little' Vic isn't great but i would have preferred him to replace Carlton today...

Thought he got subs right today. Both full/wing backs were struggling so fresh legs there made sense.

Agreed mate, I thought all lads put a shift in today and only disappointment was Cole who should have been running is nuts off when he came on but he didn’t

It's a shame we are still waiting for a 90 minute performance this season. Instead of continuing to play the same way in the second half, we went all defensive. We could easily been the master of our own downfall. We should have kept Morris on for all the good Cole did.

My initial thoughts are that it was the most enjoyable game of football I have witnessed for many moons. I thought we were class in the first half and did what we had to in the second. Top entertainment.

Bearing in mind all the graft he did to get down the wing the cross was poor with an unmarked player in the area.
The Quina decision not to let the ball run out for a corner was worse.
I just don't think the substitutions helped at all. We were already on the back foot and invited more pressure. But it wouldn't be Barnsley mate if us supporters aren't put through the mill lol.
Some of the one touch stuff we played was a joy to watch.
The 2 new loanees have breathed life back into the side. Taking pressure off Styles who is now back to his best.

He did f**k all and didn't look bothered. I'd be ashamed of that if I was him.
