Good to hear anything at all from him I suppose. Might break my programme duck of the last few seasons.
Pretty much along the lines that he is a custodian not an owner. That his son is now involved day to day and that Danny has a vision for the future he shares.
He's always been a very good speaker (and writer). I think it's a shame we haven't heard from him more often as it's certainly a strength. Not that I blame him, he didn't want the limelight. Making speeches and writing articles puts you in it and where football is concerned, because we're all so passionate, it doesn't matter what you say, you can't escape criticism.
