Under Keith Hill Ronnie Branson that was the case but i've not seen a bigger contrast between two teams like I saw u18 play the same day the first team played Sunderland an what i've seen from the u23's this season espially in the last game.
Played golf with a Forest fan today who said that Warburton was quoted saying 'We should follow the Barnsley philosophy ' with regards to buying and selling players.
The philosophy is to play the same way through the academy and under23/s , so that they can make the step up to the first team eventually
