    Seems like they are following our pattern , where our academy and reserve teams all play the same way

    I'm not sure our teams do play the same way. Under Keith Hill Ronnie Branson that was the case but i've not seen a bigger contrast between two teams like I saw u18 play the same day the first team played Sunderland an what i've seen from the u23's this season espially in the last game.

    Played golf with a Forest fan today who said that Warburton was quoted saying 'We should follow the Barnsley philosophy ' with regards to buying and selling players.

    The philosophy is to play the same way through the academy and under23/s , so that they can make the step up to the first team eventually
