The Blues are owed £7,005.68 by Boston United and named among a list of 79 creditors who have indicated they will be happy for the Pilgrims to enter into a Company Voluntary Agreement. The money owed relates to Ian Miller's loan spell at York Road when the Boston players and staff were not paid around the Christmas period, although Town paid Miller's wages and travelling expenses. Unlike the companies and individuals paid just 5p in the £1 by the Blues when they went into administration[/b], Ipswich would get 47p in the £1 back, meaning they would lose out by nearly £4,000. Boston will be docked 10 points when they go into administration[/b] and have put the vote to fully accept the terms of the CVA on hold until next Wednesday, after their bottom-of-the-table clash with Torquay. If it looks as if they can escape the drop after the Seagulls game they will delay the vote again until their match with relegation-threatened Wrexham. They plan to take the 10-point deduction[/b] they are going down but may hold off until later and start next season in League Two with a minus tally. The Blues went into administration[/b] before the 10-point penalty was introduced and came out of it last year, leaving many businesses in the area heavily out of pocket. Ipswich Town still owe £36m and have recently failed in a bid with their three main lenders Norwich Union, Barclays and Bank of Scotland, although they are still trying to negotiate reducing the debt. Ipswich Town last night declined to comment.

Decimal point confusion ahoy Doubt 7m is involved in the short-term loan of a player no-one has heard of!
