I know Mark Bradley, the writer of this blog and he has some interesting thoughts and ideas. I've long thought that the Open Day should become Open Days - one for season ticket holders, one for Centenary Society members, one for Trust members, one for non season ticket holders etc. Smaller scale, more intimate and designed specifically to deepen the relationship with each group. The club has to work harder to stop the drift of fans away and to attract new ones.

I think Mark Bradley is a Middlesborough supporter so he won't have been happy last Saturday!
