    A Barnsley fan rang in, said he chose to sit behind the dug outs yesterday and said he was disappointed at the management teams lack of praise for the players throughout the game when they deserved it, especially since they are young players. Mentioned that Lee Jay and Tommy Wright were constantly on their backs having a go, and at one point Pearson shouted back "I'll do what I want!" When given instructions.
    Sounds quite worrying if I'm honest. Hopefully it's just a one off.

    Thats what happens when uv got a team full of kids. Cant accept constructive criticism, petulant etc. Needed a few seasoned pros in the dressing room.

    that must be what he was saying in his post match interview about certain players will be moved on or not play if they don't reflect L J's personality,(in normal talk"do as I say),think players no matter what age ,have a mind of their own and if they don't buy into this sports science mumbo jumbo, you got a lot of trouble brewing
