Daveys attitude to the media has been compared to the same style as Paul Hart, he treats journalists with comtempt, will not answer questions on his tacticts or selections and simply states" that game is history and we must look at the next game", and it has been stated that Davey looks down his nose at Journos as if they have no idea about the game, to quote Ian Appleyard , You know EXACTLY what Davey will say after each Loss, and can write a report very easily. The most important fact is that the club are now alienating local media when in fact this is the time when ALL local people should be supporting the club in the relagation battle.
