I doubt he'd fail it. He's been given the all clear from the surgeon. I speculated the delay might be that Norwich and Barnsley are negotiating a fee. Norwich of course don't have to but if one could be agreed it saves both clubs from going to tribunal.

Or more likely it's just a boring admin paperwork delay

 

Folk are slating him as usual, but IMO (I know nowt btw) I reckon BFC and Norwich are discussing a fee to save the farce that is the tribunal. It's hardly Jacob's fault if that is the case, and I guarantee you that he bigs up the club and Keith Hill upon his confirmed departure - which will help tempt others here to follow that route, ala Drinkwater, Vaz Te, and any number of ex Rochdale laikers that Keith and Flicker helped progress up the football pyramid.

But then again, I could be wrong (unlikely though). And Jacob could be a complete arse and doing his very best to destroy BFC.
