It’s completely inaccurate. It quotes the 2018/19 wages against the 2019/20 points total. Sheffield United for example have a total wage bill shown as £40million, but that was their wage outlay for the Championship promotion season the year before.
£40 million for a club who have been lauded by many for not investing massively and Wilder still getting them promoted just shows what we are up against. Would be interesting If anyone knows their turnover/wage % for that period.
