For anyone not registered Manager's View Jeffries Praises Steven Naismith Jim Jefferies was delighted with the way his side bounced back with a 2-1 win at Aberdeen after conceding four goals to Hearts on the opening day of the season. "We showed a fantastic attitude and worked for each other today. I think we are much stronger as a team this year in terms of working together and knowing each other's game. "I'm just looking for a bit of consistency now." Jeffries signalled out Steven Naismith, who scored Kilmarnock's winning goal, as an example for the rest of his players. "He is a fantastic player to work with. He does that day-in and day-out. He has a fantastic desire to go on and be a success and that's why he is in the team at 18." What happened with the commentary today? We ended up with the away commentary on both the home and the away links???
RE: What happened with the commentary today? I haven't a clue love... it was all wired up correctly at our end as it always is... pretty sure it wasn't our fault.
Err This is the reply I got from FLTP as they switched to the Swindon commentary With regret, we must tell you that due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the non-transmittal of the commentary we are lodging and investigating the case further. The cause of which at this stage is centering around the local radio station and its failing links. We seek and strive to alleviate such issues from occuring again and we respect and urge your patience and understanding in this matter. We are looking into this as we speak, to get the situation rectified asap. Regards club support
RE: Err I'll leave it to Steve to give a formal answer to that as I don't know much about the technology side of things. However, I let him know that the commentary wasn't on before the kick off and it was double checked at our end so Lord knows. I'm convinced it WILL be sorted for the next home game though.
RE: Err I don't blame you, though it seems the Swindon lads got rave reviews! Perhaps we'll be out of an (unpaid) job ff
RE: The Swindon Commentary was very good Good, I'm relieved that you all got to listen to the game. I can only apologise for the trouble we're having with ours. Believe me, we're all very frustrated too. Hope it's sorted for the rest of the season as of the next match v Yeovil Town.
