    They have a system in Australia and that's what our government has looked at. Wish they'd look at Australia's immigration system too.

    I'm sure people would find a way round it if they really wanted cigs and booze. They would just trade them with other people. In Australia some unscrupulous shop keepers where putting prohibited items through as baby food.
