Internet connection help please!

    Got Sky broadband, the router has a series of lights on it, 3 quite close together at the top & one alone about 4 inches lower, all the lights are usually green. Tonight the 3rd from top is orange & internet won't connect at all (this is from my iphone computermibob).
    Anyone any idea how to solve this? My mrs is going mad cos she can't virtually water her virtual plants on myface or spacebook or summat!

    Maybe try turning power off for 30 seconds and back on... that's about my best offer, has worked for me before.

    How long you had it fitted?

    When i had Sky fitted & installed everything they gave me the wrong IP address or summat & the same happend to mine
