do they still make them? are they still street legal? not seen one for yonks, rarer than white dogshit
you must be a young un then check this set of wheels out http://www.microcar.org/2003/images/064.jpg any colour as long as it's blue
Bloodyhell, I'd forgotten about those Martin in Wombwell had one - used to bomb along the high street in it
Used to be one.... parked in those invalid houses (no offence meant if you know someone who lives there) near Woodhall Flats in Darfield. Haven't seen it recently but it was blue like that one posted above.
They were all blue I reckon .. never seen one that wasn't Saw a few of them doing quite a lick, must have had a decent engine in for weight. Like a motorbike or reliant robin.
RE: Bloodyhell, I'd forgotten about those Martin's got a car (adapted for him) now, Cazi, but, he still bombs along the High Street. (lol)
RE: Bloodyhell, I'd forgotten about those Aww, bless him. I haven't seen him for years. He seemed to be walking much better when I saw him last. What was his last name? I can't remember for the life of me. Cheeky monkey he is, allus had a smile for me.
It seems they are now illegal A nice article here: http://www.3wheelers.com/endinva.html I guess thay have the Motability scheme and such like now.
There used to be loads of them round the pitch at Chelsea probably more likely to be porches and bmw's now!
RE: Not very PC but... "spaz chaz" I think was the term, a mates uncle had one, you could get about dozen kids in it.
Think some bikers ended up makeing a trike out of it.

Invalid carriages at Stamford Bridge..... I can well recall them all parked on the dog track (or whatever it was?) and there seemed to be loads - all sky blue! Back in those days Chelsea's ground was a proper shithole. Did anyone go there when we won 2-1 in 81/82? It was a bit naughty that day. british Rail laid on a special and i think there were only about 70 people that went on it. Most travelled by coach.
RE: Yeh, I can't remember his surname. Hopefully, OldRed can help me out with that one nt Sorry cazi, I'm stumped, ..... Martin's a bit like Fudge, not many peopleknow him by is surname. I only got to know Fudges real name, when I once had to write it on his supporters club membership card, back in the 70's.
