anyone help us out with a query can you watch barnsley player ie the re run on the barnsley games on it,anybodies help much appreciated.
You can use the football league iPhone app and enlarge it and watch Barnsley player on that. For a yearly subscription you can watch all interviews and match highlights and replays but there is no live commentary. Think mine cost me £10 but I think I only ordered it in November / December time so may be slightly more for the year. Still great value though if you don't mind missing match day commentary.
Ps: football league app programmers say no plans for an iPad version at this time but picture quality still very good.
kirby i take it they haven,t done a version of the app for the ipad yet then.when you say live commentary do you mean over the video or just the verbal commentary i aint interested in that i never listen to it!
just download the photon app for ipad, think its about 2.99. but you can watch any barnsley player content on it, over a wifi connection. Works with everything flash I have tried, kids can even get on moshi monsters with that app. you get the flashplayer required error as usual and just press the lightning symbol and it loads it
Yeah it's just the match day live commentary you can't listen to. There is full match replays and lots of interviews on there with full audio. And no there is no iPad version but don't let that put you off.
As Andytyke says use Photon - i use it on my iphone and it works fine with barnsley player The one thing it doesnt work with is anything that is limited to UK only as photons servers are in the USA so it appears you are connecting from the states. (of course that may be an advantage if you want to watch content that isnt availlable in the UK)
