Ipod help please!!!

    My sons got an ipod and the screen appears to have frozen.He cant change tracks or even turn it off.He says he hasnt done anything to it ,is it broke or does anyone know anything about them?

    Needs a reset

    Hold down the menu button and the 'select' button (the one in the middle) TOGETHER for about six seconds, until the screen goes black with a white Apple logo in the middle. It will now reboot and all should be well.
