    Pick your own referee. Great.

Isn't everybody a Wednesday supporter though?

They’re going to win the league but I’d love if they well and truly ****** it and ended up in play-offs.

They’ll be fine - apparently all they need to do is get their supporters to film incidents from the crowd and submit them to the EFL.

Oh and get games postponed because they don’t fancy it that week.

If I were a Charlton fan I’d want the referee changed. Ipswich know the ref will remain impartial, just like players do when playing a club they used to support. This is nothing more than putting pressure on the ref to give decisions their way.

Also, aren’t there sanctions for questioning the integrity of an official?

I think it's rather Ironic that there is the potential that we could promote Wednesday (and Plymouth) by beating Ipswich.

Just more $hithousing. They were openly gloating about their CEO 'Doing an Ashton' after Jamaica-gate. There were no repercussions whatsoever. So of course they're gonna keep doing it. What the EFL should be doing is reminding them in no uncertain terms, that they already took the pi$$ once, and to pipe down. Not holding my breath though. Wouldn't surprise me one bit, if he got switched.

Thank you for calling Dial-A-Ref. Please select from the following options:

    Press 1 for a homer.
Press 2 for a card waving lunatic.
Press 3 for weak as water.
Press 4 for blind as a bat.
Press 5 for guaranteed no penalties.
    Press 6 for arrogant pillock.

    For Trevor Kettle, press 666.

Did we accidentally press 2, 4 and 5 for the Burton game?

Yep, he'll get switched, no doubt at all.
Is Adam Herczeg an Ipswich fan I wonder?

Be fair though, if we had a known Wednesday / Ipswich etc supporter announced being in charge of our next game, this place would be in uproar!

When we play Ipswich I'm fully expecting the ref to walk out in a blue shirt having been driven to the ground on a luxury tractor.

Our phone must be knackered and have the 5 permanently depressed.

I suspect most of our refs have been opposition employees, nevermind supporters :D

Can we have Premier League ref Darren England, from Little Houghton, grew up supporting Barnsley and even worked for the Reds in the Community charity.

Whoever is on DJing duties for the Ipswich game should play 'Three Little Birds' :D

I think this has already worked. We're all talking about it.

As much as the referee is a professional and will do his best, just like players intend to , subconsciously he might give Ipswich the advantage.

Nah. I’ve a soft spot for the tractor boys. They were a great bunch of fans before and after the 2000 playoff final. I wouldn’t mind us and then getting promoted.

Depending on results, we could already be certain of playoffs but out of the running for automatic by then. Lose against Ipswich and help to put Wednesday in the playoffs? or beat Ipswich and have to play them twice again in a few weeks?

    Decisions... decisions...
