We took 198 supporters to Ipswich last season, could be even less this time especially with the run we are on. Only a small number of die hards will pay £31 to watch us play at the moment..

I'm on the phone twisting people's arms as we speak

Yesterday rekindled my enthusiasm. Although it's possible I was still slightly drunk from the night before and it's clouded my judgement.

I understand that football is a business and clubs have to make money but common sense seems to have totally disappeared from our beautiful game. Why not make it £15/£20 and try and tempt a few more visiting supporters?

It doesn't take a genius in the Ipswich marketing department to work out that there's going to be no more than 150 fans there Saturday.......or is that just me forward thinking??
