... or for the rest of the season, I'd like to say a massive thank you to David Flitcroft. The way he has turned it round since he came in and injected both the players and fans with a sense of belief is pretty remarkable. If when he took over you'd have told me we'd have 49 points after 42 games I'd have been giddy as ****. I desperately want us to stay up. For myself, for the players, for the club and most of all for Flicker. For him to be relegated after the job he's done would be a travesty. Make no mistake, we are knee deep in a relegation scrap, but based on what I've seen over the past few months there aren't many teams that can scrap as hard as we can. I know he will have the lads fired up and chomping at the bit to show us that Saturday was a one off. Yes, we've got injuries but we're Barnsley. We love nothing more than a bit of underdog siege mentality, backs against the wall, us against the world. I wouldn't have it any other way. You ******* reds.
