    or at least the noisy ones.

    Can I just state that I am not too worried at the moment - and dont see the need to do a "Cardiff" and bankrupt the club again.

    Most of Ritchies signings last season did OK (I know Kell didnt - and i am not convinced by Tommy Wright so far) but in general he improved the team slowly. Dont see why he cant continue

    I would agree with that generally but we have now lost burns, mcphail, shuker and carbon (for better or worse) and we are not even being linked with players
