Three league goals scored, all of which have been penalties. Howard, a midfielder, is the club's top scorer - who do we think will be the first striker to score a league goal? I'll plump for Odejayi.</td></tr><tr><td style="font-size: 1pt; height: 1px"></td></tr></tbody></table>
service to strikers is shocking, lets get some width in team and get some crosses into box. Istvan had 2 chances yesterday when we went 3-3-3 should have had em both on target
The funny thing is all the strikers look like decent players. They have all shown flashes of what they can do. The team need to start creating some chances and give the strikers a chance to get going. IMO we have got a fantastic player in Odejayi if he can just get that first goal. He needs some confidence, looks a bit shot shy at the moment.
im more concerned about our inability to defend from crosses into the 6 yard box area, oh wait that was colgans fault wasnt it, erm
Well I look at it like this..... We won the penalties as a result of being in a goal scoring position, therefore, we would have proberbly scored if we had not been impeaded. As for Bri being our Top Scorer Gerrard, Lampard & Ronaldo will all more than likely be there or there abouts at the top of the goalscorers charts for their respective clubs DON'T PANIC - It's not even the end of August yit!!!!!!!
