    It logs in no problem, the play button appears but as soon as you press it the bar disappears and nothing happens. Its normally spot on with no problems. Then the bar comes back but nothing is playing and the play button is greyed out unable to be pressed.

    Yeah, just come back on for me too. So there must have been an issue with the web based service.
