Put it in at my Mother in Laws a couple of months ago

No problems so far - worked as expected.

A couple of drop outs first day or so as it found its level but now seems to have settled on 5.5Meg download and is working just fine. Seriously thinking of switching to it at home.

Just bear in mind that if you cancel within 12 months they can charge you the connection fee- but thats reasonable as they have to pay it to BT.
