    says the deal will be done after the players have discussed terms and undergone medicals. Hopefuly a formality, but he aint our player yet (unless that has changed this morning) so he can't play!

    Deal done between clubs yesterday diner time - half an hours medical - sign here lad - thats thi shirt and shorts for tomorrows match

    Surely he will be playing today if a deal was done between the clubs yesterday ??? !!!

    the fee was agreed yesterday personal terms where not, plus richards has to go there and agree terms, stop moaning i dont think bfc would have announced it if it hadnt come out anyway until it was all done

    Am gunner be really peeeed off if Constantine int playing today

    Been waiting all chuffing season for a reight striker, and when we get one - we have to wait to see him play :'(
    The club has had all day Friday and Saturday morning to finalise the deal

    gonna be peeved then waiting for the division three striker to make his debut. The guy hasn't even signed for us yet so he was never going to be playing today for us.

    Lets See........

    1. Chris Taylor who is young and already good. He is only going to get better.
    2. Chris Porter is young and only going to get better and also scored more.
    3. Sean Gregan as experience at a higher level and was what we need.
    4. Leon Constantine is past what is classed as someones prime, had half a good season, gets injured plenty (so will fit in) and never done it at this level. Surely if he is good enough for this level he would have been picked up by now considering his age.

    What i can't understand about Constantine is that no other club have been intrested in signing him, obviously Davey as seen something in him that the other ninety odd managers in the league havn't seen. Sorry to see Marc Richards going the other way. (titanic)

    I think the comment on the official site that

    the transfer is "subject to both players agreeing personal terms and completing the formalities of a permanent transfer, including medicals" is the give-away!

    How have they had Saturday morning to finalise deal

    in time for him to play, when the deadline for permanent transfers to play on Saturday is Friday (midday I think!)
