Is Flicker's approach to the game any different to Keith's?

I'm happy for Flicker to get the job until the end of the season as long as he isn't going to play in exactly the same way Keith did.

I didn't go to the last two games (not a reight fan obviously) but did the team play any differently under Flicker than what we've seen previously this season? ie. A million passes between defence and midfield before the ball is cut out or lost cheaply just before the final third?

    Different formation.

We seem to dominate possession wise but lack ideas when it comes to attacking and creating chances.

I was listening to David Pleat on Talksport yesterday, he seems to talk a lot of sense but I'm hoping he's wrong...two of the statements that stuck out where "players win games, not formations and systems", and "those with money will be at the top, those without at the bottom".

The point I'm making is our players just seem to do the same thing throughout a game as if they have been forbidden from having their own ideas, until the last few minutes (when losing) when we seem to play with a lot more urgency at the expense of any solid shape although we do seem a lot more likely to both score and concede. Classic example of this was Blackburn's 3rd goal which ultimately cost Keith his job.
