    to take a ***** in the town centre in view of all passer bys if i clean it up after i have finished droppin it?

    I mean a dog can do it if its cleaned up?

    I think you've got a bit mixed up (again)

    The right is for the owner to allow their animal to **** and then clean it up. It is illegal for an animal to do it by themselves (would get nicked and put in animal jail). You are OK to do it as long as your mum is with you and she cleans it up.

    Best do it when plenty of people around though, just in case of emergencies so someone could help....maybe Saturday afternoon, or perhaps 9pm on a Friday or Saturday.

    no it is not, as long as you dont indeacently expose the genitals and as long as you clean it up. You can do it in any public place according to my mum and she has a law degree with honours.

    The assumption is....

    ....that animals aren't as clever as humans and therefore can't be held responsible for their actions so I'd say the courts would probably make allowances for you too.</p>
