    This does not surprise me one little bit and I can personally confirm that too many Indians living in India don't have the brains of a sparrow, sad but true. A bit like the people in Hartlepool hanging the monkey but that was a couple of hundred years ago. Just had dealings with the second largest Indian bank over a 2 million dollar transfer I made that they screwed up, and to be honest to call these people bankers would be an insult to other bankers. Here's a tip to all - never open an account with an Indian bank.
