. . . .go down the local to watch the Man U game and be a bit of a WUM by wearing my Real Madrid shirt? Just discovered one I bought in Tenerife donkeys years ago and it still fits.
i can totally understand inter team rivalry, but surely you got to support any english side in europe, yes i include citeh/chelseas foriegn legions
Thinking about it though Jedi One I could not cheer Leeds on in Europe, I didn't in the 90's. I'd support any other English club even the Scousers at a push
I agree. For a fleeting moment I wanted L***s to beat Wolves last Saturday but the feeling didn't last. Hope Citeh get double figures.
my first ever game i went to was leeds vs psv uefa cup, i should have reported my dad for child abuse
Couldn't want Leeds to win when they were in Europe. And I don't bother watching Liverpool or Chelsea in European games. Don;t like Man city but hope they stuff Leeds on Sunday.
If my dad had got home from work 30 mins earlier on 11 nov 1972 my first ever match would have been at swillsborough, thank god he got out of Wath Main late and BFC kicked off at 3-15 v Hereford or I might now be a PIG.(FECKIN HELL!)
There are some clubs I would not want to win in Europe regardless of who they were playing (however unlikely it is for them to be playing in Europe anytime soon). These are: Liverpool, Leeds, Wednesday and Sheff Utd.
