shouldn't it be "regarding" rather than "in regards"? or am I just a pedant?

BARNSLEY Football Club can confirm that discussions are taking place with representatives of the Supporters Trust in regards season ticket prices for the 2007/2008 Coca Cola Championship campaign.

It is hoped a further statement in regards season ticket pricing can be made late next week.

"Regarding" or "with regards to" - I don't think it's "in regards"...
