Im not a fan of him............but he did well yesterday to get a penalty and score it. The best i have seen him play but i havent seen him score with his feet from open play which is a worry.
if hed learn to shoot and settle himself down infront of goal he could be quality. Hed have been booed all game if hed missed that penatly after pushing Hayes away.
RE: if Don't they decide before the game who the nominated penalty taker is? Richards and Hayes were fighting over it, Shuker was telling Williams to take it, is it that difficult for Ritchie to tell them before hand the order of penalty takers?!
and when the players are arguing over it shouldnt the captain be getting showing balls and telling them who's taking it.
RE: and when the players are arguing over it I thought the rule was the last one to score a pen(ie Robbie) takes them til he misses?
that used to be the rule im not sure if its changed or not but it looked to me like richards was bricking it because he knew he headnt scored enough to deserve a new contract.
Anyone that didnt think hassell was MOTM has eye problems he stood out brilliantly yesterday, sound at rigght back and centre half never lost the ball and made every tackle he could also winning every header that came his way.
superb performance bobby (y)

RE: Anyone that didnt think hassell was MOTM has eye problems Or maybe anyone that din't think Hassell was MOTM just has a different opinion!
RE: that used to be the rule 'kin 'ell. The main thing is we scored the penalty and got the 3 points, move on! Anyway, the school rules were whoever won the penalty took it.
