    ever mixing it with alcohol.

    Ginger ale with Whisky or Brandy, but not ginger beer.

    ha ha, he might not thank you for it, unless given prior warning,
    having just written about it ive just had a glass, Cherry our 4 year old has got up and come downstairs so i said, if you want to stay up youve got to try this,
    she took a small sip and said yum yum, and then screwed her face up (cruel parent???), but shes had another sip

    Proper whisky doesn't have an "e" in it!

    Perhaps I should re-phrase that to read Scotch whisky as there are many good Irish whiskies.

    Irish whiskey has an "e" in it.

    Scotch is whisky.

    Hold on!

    Ginger beer, when you make it, IS alcoholic! That's why it's called ginger beer. The stuff you can buy should be called ginger drink.
