I'm thinking about buying a Yamaha Virago (bear in mind I'm 51 and don't want to tear around). Are they any good. I haven't had a bike for 20 years so I need something that's going to be gentle with me.

 

Good choice

Not a bad bike the Virago, especially for the older biker who doesn't want to enjoy bikes in a sporty manner. Another option may be the Kawasaki VN. Do a bit of research and see what catches your eye out there.

 

Thanks for that. I'll have a look at the Kawasaki. I used to have crushes on Kawasakis.
