He's looked very shaky recently, not commanding his area and has let some sloppy goals in. How bad does he have to be before Steele gets another chance?

Davey shook things up earlier in the season when we were playing badly, he dropped Steele who hadn't done much wrong, and we improved for a while. Is it time to do the same to Muller?

    Not for me...

It's time for faith in our better players. Please note that Calamity Denis is **** and therefore does not qualify for the previous statement.

SuperTyke will have just "arrived" at your suggestion

    to be fair...........

Dennis has played well at home in his last few games-he seems to have cut out the "Appleby" errors

    No

We are lucky in having 2 good keepers, but for my money, Heinz is the better of the 2.

He commands his area much better than Luke, and is more commanding coming for crosses.

Of course he will make mistakes. Even Lev Yashin made mistakes (1966 World Cup Semi-final).

    Stick with Heinz.

I don't think the performances of Muller are our most pressing concern at present

No, now is not the time to start dropping our better players. For me our main area of concern is the same as it was 12 months ago, we still need strikers.

We need Paul McKenna or that Derren Brown fella.

Convince Luke Steele that every game is a debut at Anfield

Well I'd agree with that - just not sure if 50 will be enough

Its a massive call dropping Muller. He has set the standard so high for himself that any minor error is highlighted tenfold. He is a better keeper than Steele imho and we need our best 11 on the pitch as often as possible.

has anyone noticed that muller seems to be a lot more confident in himself AND the defence when hes got moore and foster in front of him, rather than moore and souza?
personally i think moore and souza confuse each other and panick the other. foster by far commands the backline alongside moores experience.
    what do people think?

    No

It's hardly as if he's letting a load in. If you're not doing the business at the other end of the pitch, the odd goal he concedes is going to be costly.
