Is leeds the biggest city with only one club?

was just pondering it, how theyve come back from near death by P Riddy.

the only other one i can think of is newcastle, and they have sunderland and middlesborough.

london has loads, birmingham three or four, manchester two, bristol two, liverpool two, sheffield two

Well in that case Leeds has Bradford and Huddersfield!

Wakefield is the biggest town/city without a league club - well, that used to be the case - probably not so now that York are in non-league

a lot of its been done up since i left in 99.

p.s. - ignore the stories about bowland tower - only 1 person ever committed suicide off there and that was in early 70s. do people actually listen to bailrigg fm as they dint when i was there. hope it goes well.

I was puzzled when I saw it ,

Nearly had a fight in there with some pompous Student who was bad mouthing Yorkshire.

Looks to be a lot of the "chain bars" in Lancaster now.

Looked a lot livlier than it used to be.

The University looks a right dump with all the work going on there.

last went there 3 years ago and it was turning into every other small city wi all the chain pubs like varsity etc. wonder if the waterwitch is still there - that wor a pub to sit outside on an afternoon
