I'm also certain that he responded to a tame Switzerland effort by saying, "he should have put on a skirt".

I know it's not much but people have got in trouble for less.

That said, would do us all a favour if he did, makes me want to slash my wrists, the morbid get.

He was referencing the jocks, not women.

He called Kyle Beckerman a tramp the other day when he was co commenting on the USA v Germany game. They probably give him free license to say what he wants as he is leaving soon. Isn't he?

Is he the same guy who writes the annoying "Lawro's Predictions" thing on the BBC website?

Ahhhhh, but you can see how that could be misconstrued.

Are people being a little bit over sensitive? What has he actually said that is worthy of getting him into trouble?

He also has a column in The Daily Mirror, and when Robbie Savage's column is a better read you know its poor.

Surprised Danny Murphy didn't get in trouble for asking if Asamoah Gyan wore long shorts "to cover something up", you can't intimate that a black man has a big penis on the BBC surely? Racist and all that, probably slapped wrist behind the scenes.
