    Y????? How many managers do u know that lose 6-7 games and dont make any changes!!!!!!!
    At least most managers would try and change things round, in a strange way i hope we lose tmora he may just get the push then, i know it sounds daft but i think its in the clubs best interest!

    Limited options in the squad, not enough money to get experienced players in, no need bringing in kids.....who would do better ?

    For a start Nardiello shud have been playing 3 wks ago, Tommy Wright is a joke!!!
    Who would do better???, ANYONE!!!!
    AR has his favourites and will not change them for any1, thats not a manager thats a YES man, he is living on the promotion last season, I dont like to say it but its time to go Mr Ritchie

    We expect bcoz the manager and chairman always say we are going to do this and that, lets be real we r going down if nothing changes, Southend expect to go down they are realistic!!!

    I want Nads to play but....he is coming back from injury and...

    limped out of training again earlier this week...play him every week from the start for me ....
