    There's no question about it

    He's not offering any solutions at the moment - so yeah, he's clueless.

    I just feel that the balance of his squad is not right. Too many attackers and NO midfield players available.

    Why do people keep saying odejayi deserves a chance. He has had chance and he's crap if he could score he would be a good player.Nardiello is a lazy sod but at least the ball ends in the back the net now and again

    go on then... who would you, with all your experience, be playing? he's doing what he can with what is still limited resources. if he had a million he could buy an average-good championship striker. he doesn't. how much was eastwood? ebanks-blake? beattie? wages of Jimmy f-h? Fowler? we just don't have the money. he has to gamble on decent lower league players.

    He looks to be a good athlete, but not really a threat on goal.

    the other strikers arent doing it?

    he has the worst strike rate out of the lot of them.

    coulson has a good strike rate, that other bloke who has been completly forgotten hasnt done bad in the few games he was allowed to step onto the pitch.

    Then why buy Odejayi if he wanted decent lower league players?
    Oddjob has had 1 season in which he has scored more than 10 goals, last season. Before that his scoring exploits were not very good either.
