Is the Barnsley training ground on a hill with poor fencing by any chance?

So that wild shots mean the ball is lost? Could this be a reason for the strikers psychology of not wanting to shoot? They'd rather walk or pass the ball in. I remember my dad complaining on and on about this in the 80s and it seems no different these days.
