Is the editor of the BARNSLEY Chronicle a Wendy fan or what !!!

    Every time I pick this paper up there is some reference to Wendy
    If its not some young footballer who has signed for Wendy its some pillock stood standing theer with a blue and white striped shirt on
    This week its some guy (who I knew a long time ago) who has just died
    Wombwell - Darfield addition
    The Chronicle just dont say what a good father, grandfather etc etc the guy was they go on and on about him being a Wendy
    What the hell is all that about !!!
    We dont want to know he was a Wendy
    If the Chronicle is trying to say good things about a guy the last thing some people want to hear is that he was born and bred Barnsley but supported Sheffield dee dar bleeding Wendy
    Am telling yer - there is a Wendy fan at the Chronicle who is out to promote the name of Wendy.
    The Wendy have taken 1000s of football fans from the TARN district without the only local paper giving them good press at every opportunity.

    It'el be nowt to do with Andrew Lodge - it must be higher up the tree where the problem is

    Just take note next time you read the Chronicle
    Take away the back two pages and there is more in the rest of the paper about Wendy than there is about the TARN

    Not being in Tarn, I don't pick-up the Chronicle not even when I come to Oakwell cos all the news I need is on here
