    If it's the first time that you're using it since it updated to HD at the start of July time, you'll need to log in on a computer to update your subscription, I then had to remove the app from my phone and reinstall it.

    Ive given up on it !!

    Had to get it via a different route :rolleyes:

    Subscription runs out this weekend & looking at all the others who are having problems as well i dont think ill be renewing.

    I had to do the same. the subscription needs updating, my parents in wales use my log in details (ahem - when i can't listen) and i have had to talk them through reinstalling their app too.
