I love Test Match Special… is it just me??? Commentating on cricket must be quite boring at times, but the randomness of the daily "chat" with various stories, alternating commentators and ex players. My mrs doesn't quite understand it, but she wouldn't. And the stuff they get sent, from cheese to cakes is always a great laugh. @Blowersgull
I've always loved it. The conversation about cheese this morning was brilliant. 'Intensely rich? That one must be for Boycott!' I used to listen to the away Ashes series when I should've been sleeping in readiness for school the next morning. England would inevitably get liquidised, and I'd go into school like a zombie.
Love it. Listened all day yesterday. Very funny at times. Managed to watch it today, sky commentary team also very good banter.
always have tms on, even watching on $ky, only bumble good on theirs. pretty sure jim maxwell who was on about blowers said "shat on" earlier ;-) not 1 poor commentator, mcgrath is good considering i couldn't stand the bloke when he was destroying us as a player
yes there are thinggs much better Radio Borings " watch paint dry 2 is one that always helps at bedtime then we have Radio Tedious " listen to the grass grow" Cricket "YAWN"
Re: yes there are thinggs much better If those don't work, one could always read a compilation of your posts. Sleep: assured.
i have good banter with my mates but wouldn't expect us to get on sky doing cricket, tms just talks a much better game.
