One nil to the Barnsley

Obviously we'll have to wait a few minutes first.

I doubt that'll get sung.

That's usually reserved for Liverpool....

We usually get 'Chelsea rent boys' thrown at us these days, along with the all-time-classic "Where were you when you were sh*t?" - even though we regularly used to take 4-5000 away from home in the old second division.

Please don't - it's not big and it's not clever!

I'm sure you can come up with something better and more original than that!

Well, Robben's gone and I doubt Drogba will play.

That just leaves Ballack then!

Really? Not to Barnsley you didn't! ........................

.......... in fact I've been to the 'old' stamford bridge to watch Barnsley when it was half empty (in the old 2nd division), in those days the 'headhunters' were more prominent than the prawn sarni brigade!

With a bit of work (tongue in cheek)

You put your jose in, your Claudio out
then Avram comes in, and messes the gaffer about
your losing Frankie lampard and your title bout
that’s what its all about!

Oh stupid Roman, Oh Stupid Roman

Yep - I've been to Stamford Bridge when there

were less than 10,000 there. BUT, we've always had a great away following.

Unfortunately, a lot of our older fans have been priced out of going to home games, and many have been replaced by people who go along to be entertained rather than to support the team.

We still have our moments though!

Quite sad really isn't it, all the working class hardcore ...

......... get priced out of going to be replaced by the rich and even richer ......... hope we never get a billionaire in charge!!

It has its ups and downs mate.

Paid £50 to watch Olympiacos the other night...... difficult to justfy paying those prices week after week. You'd think someone with £20 billion could afford to reduce prices a bit!

Not sure if that might provoke an investigation from Social Services though!
