    Try www.gawab.com its an arabic site so I doubt the Americans will be involved with that! I have used it for over 3 years and it's 100% free and you get 2gb of mail space pop & smtp.

    You probably just have to be wary that the US are most likely monitoring all the emails through that....but then again they are probably monitoring quite a few more.
