Not a clue what's happening with mine.

Apparently I should be able to get 8000 kpbs with what we have, but I'm getting 192.

9.39 is below 10mb mate. Upload shouldn't make any difference to you.

Just to add to this.... FAO anyone who uses Virgin as there ISP....

I have spend the majority of this week on the phone to their technical support team, due to very slow internet connection etc etc etc. Finally got a field technition to phone me today and his exact words were....

"We've got too many connections in your area to our site, which is really slowing internet connections down. We plan on doing some maintenance work this weekend which will hopefully see an improvement."

Now, i'm not one for technical stuff, but assumed that it was ********.

I'm rapidly losing faith in Virgin as an ISP, but get a good deal through TV, phone package so a bit reluctant to leave.

Anyway, just thought i'd share that if people on Virgin are thinking they are running a bit slow at the minute...

mine been very slow over weekend and monday

they also gave me load of ******** but to be honest its the first time its done it.
so if mines supposed to be 20 and its actually 9,39 ime getting shafted then and might as well go back to the lower download speed and pay less

Might not be what you want to here but it's not ********.

That will be the problem and they will be working to fix it
